Refund and Returns Policy

As we do our best to process your order in the most efficient manner possible, orders placed by credit card cannot be cancelled.

At Food Patrol we realise that things don’t always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned for the following reasons: – a product may be defective, or you may have received the wrong item (fault of Food Patrol packaging department) . In this case we will exchange or replace faulty items at no extra cost to you. We do not however, refund you on items purchased by credit card under any other circumctances.
