What payment method can I use to buy online?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged the day after your purchase has been placed.
The charge will appear on your credit card as: Food Patrol
Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error.
If you do have problems, you can contact us on 1300 sixpack (1300 7497225). Please provide any error message or numbers you may have received.
The Food Patrol ships goods to Australia & New Zealand. Unfortunately we are unable to process orders from other countries at this point in time.
When will my order(s) ship?
All orders placed via the Food Patrol website are processed and shipped within 2 business days (public holidays excluded). Items purchased on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
If for any reason Food Patrol cannot dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
How is my order shipped?
All products are shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.

What is your return/refund policy?
At Food Patrol we realise that things don't always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned for the following reasons: – a product may be defective, or you may have received the wrong item (fault of Food Patrol packaging department) . In this case we will exchange or replace faulty items at no extra cost to you. We do not however, refund you on items purchased by credit card under any other circumctances.

General Returns Policy
If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between a replacement, store credit or refund. Food Patrol will pay all freight charges. Please note the incorrectly sent item will need to be returned in original condition.
How do I cancel my order?
As we do our best to process your order in the most efficient manner possible, orders placed by credit card cannot be cancelled.
